Iams Chief Jeff Ansell, We're Back on Your Block!

Iams recently announced that it plans to more than double the capacity of its own laboratories—what a dirty trick!

On October 31, Halloween night, PETA’s Iams Avengers once again fanned out over the Cincinnati neighborhood of Iams Company president Jeff Ansell with a message: Iams should treat dogs and cats right!

Local PETA members, along with a giant “dog” and “cat,” trick-or-treated around Ansell’s neighborhood, passing out leaflets that ask, “Which of your neighbors is responsible for the deaths of cats and dogs?” along with a clue: a photograph of Ansell. The leaflet included contact details for the company chief so that residents can tell him what they think.

Want to help convince Ansell and Procter & Gamble CEO A.G. Lafley to stop the tricks and treat animals right? Contact the chiefs at home and tell them that you won’t buy Iams products for your animal companions until they stop conducting experiments on all animals in laboratories and, instead, rely on non-animal laboratory analysis and in-home studies using dogs and cats who have been volunteered by their guardians.
