Edie Falco Joins PETA’s Campaign Against Iams’ Deadly Animal Experiments

Posing at home with her three pampered pups, Edie Falco, who stars as Carmela Soprano in the acclaimed HBO series The Sopranos, has given an exclusive photo to PETA for its new online scrapbook of people who’ve vowed to boycott pet-food maker Iams until the company stops conducting cruel and deadly experiments on animals. The scrapbook will be sent to Iams president Jeffrey Ansell as the latest salvo in PETA’s international campaign against the company.

Falco, who won a “triple crown” of sorts by capturing an Emmy, a Golden Globe, and a SAG award in the same year for her portrayal of the wife of a mobster on The Sopranos, also has more than a dozen films to her credit—including Cop Land, Bullets Over Broadway, and Hurricane.
